Thank you Benefit for giving me my life life back! I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and thought my days of activity and fitness were behind me. I am so grateful that I found Benefit Personal Training. I began working out with Francine six months ago. At the time I had lacked mobility and found it hard to even walk around the block, much less even lift a 2 pound weight. I wanted to commend everyone with whom I have been in contact at BeneFit Personal Training. They were very flexible with my schedule allowing me to have sessions every other week. In addition, they requested and received medical clearance from my physician in order to determine the restrictions I required in my exercises due to some medical issues. As a result, my personal trainer is developing an exercise program which reflects these limitations. Since I have difficulty remembering exactly how to do some of the recommended exercises after the session, he records me performing all of them on my camera so I can replay them during the week. He is very patient with me no matter how long it takes for me to master them. I am also impressed with all of his recommendations and can tell he is a very experienced personal trainer. I heartily recommend both my trainer and the rest of the staff at BeneFit Personal Training. Neil G
