Dobson- Arnold, whose business will be serving the Richmond Virginia market, including the Mechanicsville, Eastern Henrico and Richmond areas, brings over 10 years of personal training and group exercise instructor experience.
“Seniors have to know that you care about them,” says Dobson-Arnold. “That you are authentic, come from a real place and their goals and desires to live the most vibrant and active life possible has to be first and foremost in your heart as a personal trainer,” she added.
Working with active seniors was not something that she intentionally set out to do. But in a sense, the senior fitness industry found her. “After some unique opportunities to work as a fill in [instructor] for some chair and senior aerobic classes, I fell in love with the clients. But more importantly, they fell in love with me…and it has been a marriage made in heaven ever since,” she explains.
In March of 2022, BPT launched its franchise development program, dedicated to helping qualified individuals make an impact in their community through the ownership of their very own BeneFit Personal Training franchise.
