5) Improve Your Eating Habits
Increase your intake of vegetables and fruits. Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water each day. Eat low-fat sources of protein like chicken, turkey and fish, and replace simple carbs with more whole grain foods.
6) Be Accountable
Get a friend, family member, coworker, or one of our At Home Personal Fitness Trainers to keep you on track when you get a little discouraged… and celebrate with you when you achieve your weight loss goals!
